DL: You know, I think this is one of thosegreat examples of finding a partner likeTylenol and collaborating on alignmentof issues that we recognize and that weboth carry deeply about. I think that'swhere this all started. I think there's a lotof parallels to what happened in sportsand for women, to the greater kind ofgender and women in society. This is one of those areas. We know it'sincredibly important to go through hardtimes. We know what resilience teachesyou. But when you're an Elite athletetrying to compete, sometimes you runinto real barriers that you don't havethe funding mechanisms or the supportthat you need to get yourself back upand to be able to continue that journeyto try to really get to the highest levelyou possibly can in your sport. And whatI love about this program is the diversityof sports and athletes it represents. It gives a really great example of howmany different sports opportunities areout there for girls and women, and thedifferent sports that were obviously, andthe athletes that were going on theirdifferent journeys. And I think that is areally great example of just what sportshas been for so long for both men andwomen. It's a broad-based nature ofthe opportunities that you can find yourpassion and you have lots of sport opportunitiesand as long as there's thataccess point for girls and women, to beable to start to play and then throughtheir journey, they have programs likethis with Tylenol, it's really been a gamechanger and a first of its kind and we'rethrilled to partner with Tylenol. We'rereally looking forward to continue thisprogram into the future. It's the first ofits kind for us.AM: For those, that they may not beathletes, whether it’s Elite, semi-pro, orrecreational how can we support WSF,whether it's an individual or even like abrand like Athleisure Mag? We've actuallywanted to reach out to the organizationfor years because I think it's reallycool. I was a cheerleader and I knowthere's some debate on whether that’san athlete and did it through a couple ofseasons for MLS NY/NJ Metro Stars whichbecame NY Red Bull. I was in a tennis recleague with a company that I worked forand we even did charity runs so training, competing, and using those skills is alwayssomething that I have believed in.So how can people support?DL: Well, you know, I like to say cheerleadingis a sport too. I know whatcheerleaders did so I would not countyourself out as an athlete!I think you know for us obviously, wewant everybody to support girls andwomen in their communities in whicheverway they can. You can do it fromthe most basic fundamental level of supportingand coaching a youth sport. It'sreally important for girls to see womencoaching girls. Some of our otherresearch we recognize this as a criticalcomponent. If you can see her, you canbe her! Understanding the nuances ofcoaching girls to boys and there's differencesencouraging your daughtersand your sons to play sports and realizingthe power of it. Supporting a localhigh school, supporting your local professionalteam, buying a jersey of yourfavorite professional women’s sportsteam. It's really, really simple to supportwomen's sports. Everybody can invest itin their own way and also gain the benefitsof recognizing the power of it. Butlike many of us, I was never an Elite athlete. What I think is really important foreverybody to understand is that whengirls play as long as possible - the biggestbarrier that happens with girls isthey quit in Middle School for all the reasonsthat you can imagine. We need to continue to push them toplay as long as possible, it doesn't matterwhat level they play at because whenthey do, it impacts them from a physicalhealth, and well-being, and mentalhealth, and well-being. It's a very preventative, way where their life will continuein a great journey as adults, but it
